A 1 t/h DMS plant for sale! 

A dense media separation (DMS)plant is available ex-stock from BATEMAN. The unit is designed to process 1 t/h of diamond iferous gravel in the size range from1 mm to 8 mm.

The small transportable BATEMAN DMS plants can be used for prospecting, sampling and small scale production. Very high separation efficiencies are achievable and the operating density of the module can easily be altered to suit the ore type. The unit is fully transportable. It has been fully tested at the factory and requires only a concrete slab or flattened area, power and a feed supply from the conveyor to be commissioned.

The unit is complete and has a motor control center (380 V and 50 Hz). The installed power is 8 kw and it weighs 4 tonne, has an overall height of 4,2 m, a width of 2,0 m and a length of 2,7 m.
