Features :
The cylindrical mill offers shell mounted edge-driving with multi-point meshing, etc; driven by asynchronous motor, reducer, pinion and gear as well as synchronous motor, air clutch, pinion and gear.
- Generally supported by static-dynamic pressure bearings on both ends. Fully closed self-aligning 120o oscillation rocker bearing is used. Also single or double slipper static-dynamic bearings can be used.
- The large open gear is designed using AGMA standards equipped with a reliable triple sealed gear housing and Fatvol automatic gear spraying lubrication system.
- The shell is the key part of a mill. Finite element analysis is carried out to ensure reliable operation.
- The shell is automatically welded, ultrasonic inspected, wholly annealed and machined.
- The steel liners are made of wear-resistance material which has been specially heat-treated with high hardness and long service life. Other wear-resistant castings or rubber liners can be used.
- The high and low pressure lubricating station is equipped for medium and large mill.
- The control and protection system is controlled by PLC.
- The lubrication system has full backup systems in the unlikely event of failure
Ball Mill and Rod Mill
Application Scope
- For grinding of various ore and rock, widely used in non-metal mines, ferrous and non-ferrous metal mines.
- Grate ball mill is suitable for grinding ore in the primary stage.
- Overflow ball mill is suitable for grinding ore and intermediate product in the secondary or tertiary grinding.
- Rod mill has niche applications and is commonly used in applications with good uniform and low, over-size product, such as the manufacture of sand.
Working Principle
- The characteristic is that the grinding medium is the ore material itself. The ore material is continuously fed into the rotating mill from one side and under the rotation of the mill lining is pulverised from the collision and the grinding of the ore itself.
Semi-Autogenous Mill
Application Scope
For grinding ore and rock, widely used in the non-metal, ferrous and non-ferrous metal industry etc. especially for handling ore with low hardness (less than middle hardness) and uniform coarse distribution.
