We have an ongoing programme for identifying novel technologies developed by commercial companies as well as by universities , which have already been tested successfully. Some of these technologies enable us to offer improved economics as well as environmental benefits compared with conventional processes.

The difference is that this is not something the CFO is doing in his spare time; we have a dedicated M&A professional in-house, supported heavily by myself and our Chief Technology Officer, and while it is not possible to know if any transactions will materialize, we are exploring numerous transactions in parallel which have the potential of being consummated within the current financial year.
