2008 dividend details
Following the release of Bateman Engineering’s 2008 full year results to 30th June 2008 on 11th September, Bateman Engineering is providing the following information as regards to proposed dividend which will be put to shareholders for approval at Bateman Engineering’s Annual General Meeting.
Proposed dividend: 4.79 pence
Ex Dividend date: Wednesday 29 October 2008
Record date: Friday 31 October 2008
AGM: Wednesday 26 November 2008
Payment date: Monday 1 December 2008
The notice of Annual General Meeting, together with forms of proxy and instruction will be sent out to shareholders and holders of depository interests in due course.
