Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")
Further to the announcement of 26th June 2008, a circular including a notice of an EGM to be held in Amsterdam on 25th July 2008 has today been posted to shareholders and holders of depositary interests.
The EGM is being convened to approve the discharge of Dr. Sivandran Gounden as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the appointment of Mr. Jonathan Edward du Rand as his successor.
