Global Minerals share sale

Bateman Engineering advises that Global Minerals BV has sold one million (1,000,000) ordinary shares in Bateman Engineering. Global Minerals now holds 22.932 million ordinary shares in the company and this represents 52.5% of the new issued ordinary share capital.
