Heavy duty vibrating grizzly feeder (VGF) used prior to the primary crushing stage

These heavy duty vibrating feeders are driven with brute-force geared vibrator motors. The machines have strokes of 6 to 16 mm and accelerations up 5g and the acceleration and stroke varies, depending on the characteristics of the material.

The vibration assists material in the hoppers to overcome the clogging effect of moisture, temperature, grain size, retention time, etc., and to flow more easily.
