are effectively contained.

emissions from the stack have
been tested at less than
10 mg/Nm³ of product.

We are licensed to supply the ELEX range of electrostatic precipitators. This licence is augmented by the in-house experience of having designed, manufactured and installed almost 50 BATEMAN ELEX precipitators in Southern Africa; more than 6 000 ELEX units have been supplied worldwide.
BATEMAN ELEX PRECIPITATORS
- Handle wet and dry dusts equally effectively
- Have optimum availability with minimal maintenance
- Collect dust economically with low energy
and spares cost
- Provide high dust collection efficiencies
- Operate at temperatures up to 450°C with
optional pre-cooling.
Improved electronic control is now a feature of BATEMAN ELEX systems. This, coupled with uniform gas distribution throughout the units and care in manufacture and erection, results in the highest possible collection efficiencies. The emissions from a recently installed BATEMAN ELEX precipitator have been officially measured at 10 mg/Nm³, a level of efficiency thought never to have been achieved by an electrostatic precipitator before.
